In the event of a clean being materially different from how it was presented, I will communicate this to you immediately, complete the clean and discuss with you afterwards. Next day service guaranteed, also flood damage and emergency call out. Communication and time keeping is key. I will arrive on time or a phone call will be made if running late.
When we clean a carpet we get right to the base of the fibres and dislodge all of the dirt and grime, which is then extracted and then clean rinsed. They are also disinfected and deodorised. The process is fast drying and hygienic. Stain protection is also available.
Upholstery cleaning is deep cleaned, using an extraction machine which includes a disinfectant and a deoderiser. All fabrics are tested to ensure the correct process is used. Non foaming chemicals leave it clean for longer.
